Binder is in fair shape, with a few defects/flaws; front and back have some markings, as pictured. Bottom left of front has a tear at front of spine, approx. 2", cardboard is slightly exposed. Clasp closure missing. Pocket pages in good shape; a few have some slight tearing, but no major rips or tears, no major staining.
