Hardcover. Writing on inside of front cover. Pages have some light brown spotting marks in a few places, no writing on pages themselves. No rips or tears, binding tight. Cover shows some wear, light tearing around edges & corners. Some heavier tearing on spine, mainly at bottom. No stickers.
